Connect with Joseph
As the Dean of Students, I'm here to help and support all students, graduate and undergraduate, from all corners of campus.
I’m about helping you find community and realize your potential at UC Berkeley. If there is a way to assist you in becoming your best possible self, navigate the present and future, and take advantage of opportunities, I’ll be there.
If you’re struggling with anxiety, indecision, fear, or any type of stressful situation during your time at UC Berkeley, reach out. I can lend an ear, connect you with resources, try to help you to stay the course, and ultimately, find ways for you to gain the kind of confidence that comes from tackling tough issues.
As we take this journey together, I hope to share what I’ve learned so that it helps you, and that when you leave campus, you’ll take that caring spirit into the world.
